COLLECTIONS
My desire to work with sheet metal began when I first saw a woman crawl out from under a car in a 1950s B-movie. My passion for working with sheet metal took four more decades to realize. Inspiration comes from my love
of travel, art and reading.
All pieces are equally at home inside or outside and are created to rust naturally or be enhanced with paint. My works reflect bits of literature, poetry, or wisdom along with images and can be secured on walls, doors and fences. Smaller works can be mounted, placed on a stand, or hung to move in the wind. Many of these are embroidered with wire and/or decorated with beads and bits of nature.

...I put this down simply and freely as I might speak to a person to whose intimacy and tenderness I can fully entrust myself and who I know will bear with all my weaknesses.’
